What is bespoke e-learning?
Bespoke e-learning is training designed and built from scratch around your organisation, your learners and your goals, rather than bought off a shelf and rebranded. The content, the interactions, the tone and the tracking are all shaped to fit how your people actually work.
How is a bespoke e-learning company different from an off-the-shelf course library?
A course library gives you broad, generic content that anyone can buy. A bespoke e-learning company starts with your problem. We run a discovery phase, design the learning journey, then build it in tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, with reviews at every stage, so what you receive is specific to your business.
Do you only work with organisations near Telford?
No. We are based in Telford and work with organisations across the UK, including in London. Most of the work is delivered remotely, with online workshops and in-person sessions where they help.
What formats do you build?
SCORM courses for any LMS, interactive Storyline and Rise modules, AI avatar and professionally filmed video, and full learning academies that join courses, community and human support together. We can also set up and manage the LMS itself, with LearnWorlds as our platform of choice.
How long does a bespoke e-learning project take?
It depends on scope. A single focused course can be turned around in a matter of weeks, while a multi-module academy is planned in phases. We agree a timeline at the end of the discovery stage so there are no surprises.
Can you help if we already have an LMS?
Yes. We build to the SCORM standard, so courses run on the LMS you already use. If your platform has grown messy or you are choosing one for the first time, we can review it, tidy it or set up a new one.
